This does look like a really delicious chicken recipe, and despite the number of ingredients, it is pretty straight forward to put together. And if you substitute the tapioca for corn starch, all of the ingredients are things that are usually in one's pantry and fridge. These kinds of recipes are handy to have when you dont know what to make but have everything you need.

This looks like another "yummy" recipe to try...I think I will add a bit more lime jiuce though:)
