I love the idea of this Buffalo Chicken tacos with Black Beans! Anything I can do in a slow cooker is something I want to try. And it is so simple and easy to make. One question though. I dont make Mexican food very often, though we do enjoy it, so can I substitute a different bean for the black beans in the recipe? I can't get black beans where I live, but we can get pinto or kidney beans. Would either of these work?

Hi kenziewood07, I would go with pinto beans since they are more commonly used in Mexican recipes than kidney beans. Enjoy! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
