I am always looking for another recipe for chicken since the neighborhood market has chicken for a good price. This is perfect since it includes a lot of vegetables and wine. Who can go wrong with wine? I am disappointed the video how to peel the small onions did not work so I will look on Youtube. I love those small onions. They are just a pain to peel. Can't wait to make this. Thank you.
