I would like to try this recipe, it looks so scrumptious! I want to take out the oyster sauce. Is there a way to do that without affecting the consistency of the sauce? I want to make it for eight people. It would be a great way to make a healthy Asian meal for something different instead of the same old same old each week. Thanks!

So simple, sooooo good. I have food allergies, so eating take out Chinese food, with the coating of breading was out of the question. With a few tweaks, tamari instead of soy sauce, I was able to recreate this recipe with little trouble. Everyone loved it! I will be making this again and again!
