How did you know someone like me was going to ask where the hoisin sauce was? What does it taste like? I see a lot in Asian dishes, but I have no clue what it is or what it tastes like. I like that you added red pepper flake to give the dish some heat.

So the name honey garlic chicken sounds really good. I'm wondering if this is really spicy ,though. I would not add green onions, but everything else sounds good. I think I would treat it like Beef and Broccoli or Sweet and Sour Pork, and serve it over rice.

I tried this recipe last night, and I'm torn. The sauce didn't cover the chicken entirely, so it wasn't as juicy as I would have liked. The chicken also turned a very unappealing dark brown, nearly black, color. However, the flavor was still good and it was incredibly easy to make.
