I wondered what the "twist" was in the recipe. I like the idea of adding cheese, and I would try both Swiss and Mexican, both not at the same time! Adding cayenne pepper must give it an interesting kick too.

I love the idea of being able to come home to this dish after a long day at work, as alfredo is one of our family favourites! I usually like to make everything from scratch though, so I wonder if I'd be able to make this recipe using homemade alfredo sauce rather than prepared sauce? I would add in some frozen peas and warm through before serving, to add some veggies and also to make it look prettier!
