Slow Cooker Greek Chicken Pitas
Here is a simple lower calorie dish to serve during a busy week. You can prepare it the night before or the morning of, throw the ingredients into the slow cooker, and when you arrive back home your dinner is ready to serve. This boneless chicken, cooked with onions, garlic and Greek seasonings, is put into a pita and topped with chilled vegetables for a healthy and filling dinner but with less calories. You can even enjoy this dish with a dab of Greek yogurt. You will feel like you traveled to the islands and back.

This Weight Watchers approved recipe is simple to assemble and uses ingredients most cooks already have on hand. We keep an extensive array of spices in our cabinet, but some people might need to buy the lemon pepper and allspice. Dont substitute these necessary spices for something else. I do have one question though. Where are the black olives? This recipe really calls for them.
