I love the combination of spices that you used to season the chicken, as opposed to the packet ranch mix! When you do it this way it is easier to adjust the saltiness. Sometimes the packet stuff in powder form can be way too salty. The hot sauce already is bringing more salt to the dish. The thighs have much more meat on them than spicy wings!
