This looks like a good recipe, but Im not sure Ill be able to find the required Pataks Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce. Weve purchased other Patak products, but have never seen this particular one. We do have a small international grocery store that stocks a variety of East Asian brands. Well check there on our next shopping trip. I realize that the blogger was posting this as a recipe review, but it would have been nice to suggest a substitute for the commercial sauce.
