Oooh, does this recipe look good! I can't wait to try it. I never thought about making this in the slow cooker, so I need to give it a try.

YUM! I love Thai peanut chicken, but I am always too intimidated to try making it on the stove. Slow cooking it seems like a great way to easy into cooking a new cuisine! Can't wait to try this for my meal prep on Sunday.

When it comes to simple and tasty Asian slow cooker meals, this is about as easy as it gets! Just dump and go, and sprinkle on some garnishes at the end! If you mix up the sauce ahead of time, all you have to do is plug it in! When serving guests I would make this recipe as specified, but provide a bottle of sriracha or sambal on the side so they can make it as spicy as they please. I love my Thai food EXTRA spicy, but don't want my guests to hate me!
