I have never heard of making cheesecake in the crock pot before, but I really want to try it to see what it turns out to feel like when you take a bite. Is the texture the same as if you baked it, or is it a bit granier or more like rubber? I would love to make this if it is the same as baking.

What can I say about these cheesecake balls? I made these these for my family for a special dinner we were having. It is very important that you let the cream cheese sit out for a couple hours prior. And what is great is that it makes a good amount- enough for seconds for the kids!
