Oh, this dip sounds so yummy. I can't wait to try it out and see what it tastes like. How soft do the apples get? Do they stay firm, or do they get a little mushy, or does it depend on the apple you choose? I like to leave the peel on the apples and use them that way as much as possible. Do you think that would work in this case?
