Do you think it would hurt to use honey roasted peanuts for this dish? I know we love rocky road ice cream, so this dessert should be a favorite from the first bite. I bet my hubby and kids want me to put this in the keep box in the kitchen.

This looks so easy and fun to make. I already have the chocolate chips, marshmallows, and walnuts and pecans on hand, so I will try to make these this week. If they work out, I'll make more and take some to work on Valentine's Day.
