These cookie bars sound so delicious. I was wondering if you could use cream cheese in the icing or if it would be too runny for cookies. I just love using cream cheese in my icings because of the rich flavor profile. I love that you use white chocolate chips instead of regular chocolate.

I need to try this recipe! I love baking desserts in my slow cooker, but I didn't know you could make cookies like this. Definitely worth a try!

These are so pretty, with the pink frosting and sprinkles. The description says these are chewy and gooey, so I know they will be wonderful. It looks like it makes a lot, with all that butter and flour. I hope the texture turns out right in the slow cooker.
