Never have I thought of using my Thanksgiving leftovers on a baked potato. This is a genius idea! I am not really sure how I feel about a pasturized cheese product being melted on the top, though. The "cheese" looks heavenly for making those grilled cheese sandwiches! This is one of those recipes where I will just have to try it for myself.

My oh my oh my oh my! This is a pretty stellar way to make those Thanksgiving leftovers feel fresh and new and amazing again. I don't know about the rest of you, but some years, I just get tired of eating turkey every day after the holiday's over.

This is a great way to serve Thanksgiving leftovers. Why didn't I think of that? I am so glad I found this recipe. I love baked potatoes and to fill them with all that Thanksgiving goodness is a plus. And cheese on top. It is making me hungry just thinking of it. Thank you!
