    Yellow curry, otherwise known in Thailand as gengaree gai, is one of Tim's favorites. When we had football practice twice a week I decided I needed a quick slow cooker recipe that I could put on before we left and would be done by the time we came back so I made my Slow Cooker Thai Curry recipe! For a busy weeknight, this dish fits in nicely. Easy to make and my family loves the taste!
