"It’s the ultimate comfort food recipe Kids love it It’s cheap and…… It’s really easy and is a perfect one pot meal Although I could make it in the oven in about 1/2 an hour I needed a soccer night recipe. Ya know, one that would cook for a couple of hours in the slow cooker while we were out watching Isaac play and then be ready the minute my starving kids walked in the door. And voila….the slow cooker version of my childhood fave was born!"

I love this idea, I really want to try it one day when I am working, but I don't know how long to cook the batch I need. I would have to double the recipe for my family size, but does that mean double the cooking time too? I have no idea because I only make a few things in the crock pot right now and I would love to add this to my list.
