It seems as though everyone has their own version of ‘cheesy potatoes,’ wouldn’t you agree? In fact, I have two or three versions that I use, depending on the occasion. I decided to make this simple dish with frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes. Also preparing this hearty dish in the slow cooker means I can get it prepped and ready well before game time, then it does its thing slow cooking away."

If there's one thing I have learned about slow cooker recipes and anything that involves cheese. I cannot stress enough, you must-must-must use the cooking spray and thoroughly cover your cooker! I made the mistake of not doing this when I made a double batch of mac 'n cheese. Bad, bad outcome.
