I love how you can literally "dump and run" when starting these carnitas - I don't have to get out the pots and pans in the morning and sear the meat first, coming home to a full sink when I get home. The liquid smoke almost makes the meat take on a "grilled" taste!

Okay, I tried to offer my opinion on this once before, and it did not take. So I am going to try again. First off, any recipe that requires me to provide just five ingredients is a winner with me! There is a secret finishing touch to this dish to make it restaurant quality. That is, heat up a little bit of oil in a pan and add your shredded pork. Cook till crispy on the outside- just a few minutes. Delicious for the whole family! Thanks for sharing this.
