Do you just rub the zest on the roast and throw it out, or do you put some of it in the water when you are cooking the roast? I love that this recipe is so simple to put together, and then you can just put the roast in the crock pot and voila, a few hours later, a juicy dinner that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.
