Slow Cooker Copycat Pulled Pork Barbacoa
If you're a fan of Cafe Rio's famous pulled pork, this Slow Cooker Copycat Pulled Pork Barbacoa is a great copycat version of the beloved restaurant classic. This slow cooker pulled pork recipe is a slightly lightened up version. There are less calories in this easy slow cooker pulled pork, thanks to the use of Coke Zero rather than regular Coca Cola. This pork recipe also gets its flavor from brown sugar, a chili adobo sauce, green chiles, and more. This juicy pork will come out tender and delicious after a few hours in your slow cooker. You'll swear you're eating Cafe Rio's original dish.

Do you have a working link for this recipe? I really want to try out this dish and see what it tastes like, especially since it is supposed to be a light pulled pork to save on the calories. Everyone needs to save a little calorie intake over the holidays and winter because it is so easy to pack on the pounds.
