Pork is always on sale at my local supermarket so this recipe will come in handy. Never used ranch dressing on top of pork but there is a first time for everything. I will use fresh onions and butter - you can't go wrong with butter. I know that is not good for your diet but this pork will go a long way and I can make a few dishes out of it. Easy to do. Thank you.
