Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Roast
You might be wondering what makes this Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Roast recipe different than the many others out there. If you've never tasted a really great smoked pork roast before, this recipe will open up your eyes (and taste buds!) This recipe will give you meat that is so moist you won't believe it. It's meant to be so tender that it literally falls off the bone when you're done cooking - what could be better than that? Don't forget to indulge in the end pieces that give you a burst of sweet, smoky, and spicy flavor all in one. Treat yourself this summer to some fabulous pulled pork. There is nothing like it, especially with some amazing coleslaw to go with it. With this dish, your menu will be magnificent.

I have to agree with msdeb21 that coleslaw always goes well with pulled pork sandwiches. I think my hubby loves it whether it is on the side or the bun. Do you use smoked paprika, or just regular paprika in your recipe for pulled pork? I was surprised that you use the broiler to finish off the roast. Many people brown it, then add it to the crock pot. Your way makes sure there is a bark like on the grill. Love it!

I love pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw. I usually make the very easy pulled pork recipe with root beer or Dr. Pepper poured over pork in the slow cooker. I am looking forward to this recipe, with its amazing combination of ingredients. Pulled pork sandwiches are great for football Sundays!
