I love recipes that cook themselves so that you can do something else while you get ready for a party, don't you? This is an excellent idea for game day. I can't wait to make this and see what the family thinks of having sliders this year instead of barbecue chicken wings. I like the wings, but I want something different on the menu this year, and this fits the bill perfectly.

This recipe includes not only the pork loin slider, but the homemade slaw as well, for a complete meal all at once. I kinda like this for a Sunday dinner, myself! I could use my other smaller slow cooker for a dump cake recipe that I found on here, and I've got my free time to spend with my family instead of slaving at the stove. I didn't think pork sliders would be this simple to make.
