Pineapple and pork go so well together, don't you think? I love the combination because it is so fresh and light. I love the way the citrus of the fruit cuts through the fattiness and richness of the meat. The two pair well together in my book, so you can keep these kind of recipes coming.

I've been cooking up pork tenderloin in my crockpot and was looking for something a little different to do with it and I think this recipe fits the bill! My whole family loves pineapple and Asian food so this works out well. My kids really like the Hawaiian little buns! I'm wondering about this middle step--any possibility of drying the meat out? I like it tender with a little juice left in it. It definitely will be parsley to add color because most of my gang doesn't care for cilantro.
