What else can I use in place of the mushrooms in your dish? I want to try it so bad, it sounds delicious, but I cannot have the mushrooms. Do you think I can leave them out possibly? I was thinking that maybe I could use some broccoli or spinach leaves.

These sandwiches look better than what some restaurants serve. I can't wait to make these. Having them in the slow cooker all day will make the house smell good, and I'll know I have these to look forward to after a day at work. I want these sandwiches with fries and macaroni salad.
