This recipe sounds delicious. I'm not sure about the turnips though. My family can be picky about their vegetables in a stew. Does anyone have any suggestions for a substitution? Or has anyone tried this while leaving them out? I would like to leave them out, but I am worried that this may not be hearty enough without them. If you have any thoughts, please let me know. )
