I like this recipe, but I can't use the apricots. Do you think that I can add peaches or mandarin oranges to get something similar to what you made? I like that you kept it healthy with a lettuce wrap instead of the tortilla shell. Plus, the lettuce helps cut through the sweetness a little too.

Not to mention that many of the sites do not have a Print Button. Pain in the neck copying and pasting. Time to implement some rules for the sites you link to.

It would appear the sponsors don't care YET that so many links don't work. I'd really enjoy being able to get some of these wonderful sounding recipes but too many can't be downloaded.
