This was SO very good! I used boneless, skinless chicken breast instead of thighs, and also omitted the poultry seasoning, but added some salt. I completely forgot to add the sour cream even (just realized that!) and it still turned out awesome. The boyfriend LOVED it just as much as I did. Once the frozen veggies were put in, it made the gravy kind of watery, but that didn't take away from the dish at all. Next time I think I will use more chicken gravy so that doesn't happen again, and I also won't forget the sour cream. Thank you so much for this awesome recipe!!!!
