Brace yourselves, because if you are making this you will not be able to open the slow cooker and peek for a full three hours. It is most likely very important in keeping the cheesecake from collapsing. ?? The only upside to baking this in the slow cooker instead of the oven is that you save your kitchen and home from heating up!

I had no clue that you could make a cheesecake in the crock pot, but here you go. Wow! I want to try this just because I am so darned curious about how it will turn out. Does it have the same texture as baked cheesecake? How long will it keep once cooked?

I had no idea I was looking at a slow cooker recipe! What an easy recipe that looks delicious. I like cheesecake but I stay away from the recipes that have several packages of cream cheese and a mile long list of ingredients. This will make a great birthday dessert for my mom. She will love it served with sliced strawberries.

One of my favorite desserts is cheese cake of any kind and that is a weakness I have to try and just walk passes it. What an easy recipe for any occasion and will surely be a crowd pleaser. I think I am going to have fun with this recipe by adding some things to the cheese cake that I never tried like maybe apples and cinnamon or blueberries and carmel.
