I want to try your recipe, but I can't use the almond meal or the pecans because of a tree allergy in my house. Do you think I can still make this recipe if I use whole wheat flour and roasted peanuts in place of the tree nut ingredients? I want to try this out, and it sounds like it would be very tasty, I just have to alter it a bit for my household.
