I would never combine pumpkin and caramel if I were making a recipe to try, but this sounds so delicious that I am going to have to try it and see what it tastes like before I judge it. I am however really interested in trying it with hot fudge sauce because chocolate chip pumpkin cookies are one of my favorite treats, and I bet the chocolate and pumpkin would go great together.
