One of my favorite cake combinations is the lemon and blueberry. Now for this one, how about you change out the blueberry for a mIXED berry? It is a small change, but it will be an unexpected twist if you are normally used to eating blueberry. Sprinkle a bit of powdered sugar on the top before serving time for a little extra something. I think it always makes desserts look more fancy 0)

I have never tried mixing lemon and blueberries, but I have heard that the combination is amazing. I am really fascinated to see what happens when you mix the pineapple in the recipe. I bet it is really moist and melts in your mouth. Thanks for the post! This looks easy and yummy!
