I agree with princess6860504 that it doesn't really reheat well, especially in the microwave. But if you want a smaller batch you can just divide the ingredients in half and do each separately. I have made this dish originally in the microwave before with good results, but when you reheat it it gets sort of dried out and gets a "plasticky" texture. Perhaps if you add a little milk and stir frequently this could be avoided.

This jalepeno pepper, Velveeta and diced tomato dip is a classic. There really aren't many ways that you can switch it up and make it your "own" other than the option of meat or meatless. I think I prefer the meatless version. I read that it does reheat well, but for some reason I had some trouble (read it was kinda a disaster) reheating mine before a Halloween party with kids. I made it ahead of time. So, not sure what I did wrong.
