Ingredients
- 2 cups Cinnamon Chex™ cereal
- 2 cups Wheat Chex™ cereal
- 3 cups Vanilla Chex™ cereal
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup mini graham crackers (or graham crackers broken into 1/4 pieces)
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds (roasted and salted)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

Add three types of cereal, graham crackers, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, and pecans into your slow cooker.

In a small, microwave-safe bowl, combine butter and brown sugar; heat until melted and stir thoroughly.

Add vanilla and pumpkin pie spice to liquid mixture and stir until blended evenly.

Pour liquid mixture over dry cereal mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Cook party mix in your slow cooker uncovered on HIGH for two hours, stirring every 15 to 20 minutes to avoid burning.

Pour cooked cereal mixture on to non-greased cookie sheets and allow it to cool for about five minutes.

Sprinkle white chocolate chips into party mix mixture.

This is a different take on the traditional Chex recipes. I like that you use different ingredients like the pumpkin seeds, but I think I will use sunflower seeds. Since my daughter is allergic to the pecans, I will need to use peanuts, but I think it will still turn out delicious.

This looks like an awesome snack recipe, for both children and adults alike! Much more wholesome and nutritious than packaged candy, this would be a great thing to set out for the kids at a Halloween or Autumn themed party. You could put it in individual packages to send guests home with as a little gift.
