Sounds delicious! This white bean hummus (dip) calls for 2/3 cup dried beans that you have to cook for 8 hours, first. Now, I am wondering if we could use a couple cans of cooked beans instead? I'm wondering the dried to canned ratio... If we can use white beans canned, then this would take you five minutes to make. But it probably tastes the best starting with dried, uncooked beans.
