Thank you for adding the quick step to thicken the salsa. I love that you can make this salsa in the crock pot. I would love to make this for when I have friends coming over for a dinner party. I can see giving them a bowl of fresh salsa and chips to munch on while everything is cooking to keep them from getting too hungry.
