Out-of-this-World Enchilada Chili Cheese Fries
This recipe for Out-of-this-World Enchilada Chili Cheese Fries is like nothing you have ever tasted before. Topped with a cilantro ranch drizzle, these chili cheese fries are almost too good for words. After cooking the pork for the fries in the slow cooker with flour and spices, scoop some of the pork onto crispy French fries. Ladling chili onto the pork and drizzling it with some cilantro ranch dressing will tie the dish together and make it a crowd favorite. Set this chili cheese fries recipe out as an appetizer at your party or gathering, or serve it as a flavorful side dish.

These fries look so yummy! I cannot wait to try them like Tammy. I think that these will be on the menu for my next party because who does not love a good smothered plate of french fries? I sure want to make them now because the cilantro sour cream dip sounds divine.

I am here looking for side dish recipes for Thanksgiving and I find these! While I won't be serving this as a holiday side dish, I will be making these soon. Many years ago, I used to go to a bowling alley just to get something similar to this. I didn't bowl, but heard about them and went to try them on a recommendation from a friend and the bowling alley soon became my favorite place to eat. Throw on some bacon bits and is sure to e an award winning recipe...and I haven't even tried it yet!
