Have you tried the creamy nacho cheese sauce in this recipe? I think it may go well together, but I cannot wait to try your Chipotle Cheddar first and see what it tastes like. I think this recipe sounds so fun and easy to put together. For the most part, you can use leftovers from taco night when you make chicken tacos or have beef and chicken burritos.

Nacho recipes are my current favorite recipe! These are a southern spin on a Mexican favorite. It adds a 1/2 bottle of BBQ sauce to the mix. It is also layered, a few layers in there. I would eat this as my meal. It has everything but the kitchen sink in it!
