This recipe sounds so good, but I am not sure where to find the bean and bacon mixture. Is it something you can find in any grocery store? I would love to try this dish because it sounds hearty and one of those homecooked dips you just love to curl up with and watch television.

Hi SissieSass, you should be able to find that brand of beans where you would find other dried beans in your local grocery store. But if not, you could use plain dried beans - I'm sure this dip would still be delicious without the seasoning packet! - Natalie, Editor of AllFreeSlowCookerRecipes
