Slow Cooker Strawberry Spread
"I'm not much of a resolution maker, but at the start of each year I choose one word to (hopefully) define the coming 365 days. This year my word is INTENTIONAL. It was inspired by our neighbor who hosted New Year's Eve and asked if we were intentional eaters. It got me really thinking about how important it is to make my actions mean something. Not just with eating, but with how I use my time, what things I hold on to, where I visit, what happens to my money, and with whom I cultivate relationships. I'm making an effort to live intentionally in all aspects of my life, and that definitely includes food. To that end I am seeking out foods that are more wholesome, more colorful, and more fulfilling. And this Slow Cooker Strawberry Spread sweetened with Truvia fits the bill perfectly.
