Breakfast slow cooker recipes like this one are not all that easy to find. A lot of them cook in 6 hours or 4 hours. And that puts me in a bad place. Can't throw it together before bed, and I certainly am not getting up at 3 am to put it together. So, enter the Banana Cinnamon French Toast! All I would do is make my bacon and coffee and Ill be good to go. Never thought to use whole milk. I am always stuck on using half and half because I always wanna cut back on the heavy cream use.

I love making breakfast in my slow cooker. I'm not a morning person, and I don't like to cook a lot early in the mornings, so this recipe is perfect for me!
