I think this is a great thing to make for a brunch. I am worried about it coming out a bit sludgy, though, as this usually happens when I try and make anything breadlike in the sc. Has anyone tried it and could you let me know how it turned out for you?

This looks amazing! I'm always looking for a breakfast dish to take to work for potlucks. Has anyone made this? I've tried bread dishes before and they come out gummy (same with noodle dishes)!

Whoa- a cinnamon roll monkey bread in the slow cooker! I bet this smells and tastes so good. I think I will try it next weekend. That and a pot of my favorite flavored coffee are something to look forward to... I wonder if it cooks evenly, so it's not doughy in the center?

It sure sounds delish! I would also be interested in those that have already tried the recipe to learn about whether it's doughy in the center. I'm certainly looking forward to trying it out myself for the Christmas holidays when out of town guests will be at my house )
