Adding the cooked amount makes cooking this dish so much easier, thank you. Chorizo is a little spicy, right? I love that you add some kick to this dip with a little spicy sausage. I think that we will be having this very soon because the game is coming up next weekend.

I have a little Mexican delicatessen/ butcher shop just around the corner from my house. They make their own chorizo there from scratch and i can't wait to pick some up to use in this recipe! I have ordered queso fundido at popular restaurants before, but it can be so expensive! Now i can make a really good one at a fraction of the cost!
