I would love to try this recipe, but my daughter is allergic to apricots. What would you suggest I use to substitute for them, maybe peaches? I know of several recipes that use grape jelly or cranberry sauce, but I have never used one with apricots, but I am intrigued by how peaches might go with it.

This has a lot of ingredients but I am intrigued by the combination of hot sauce and honey. I like meatballs as an appetizer and as meatball subs. This sweet and spicy meatball could make an interesting sub sandwich, I think. I wonder if I just bought plain frozen meatballs if I could use the sauce recipe and simplify the process.

I've never thought to combine Buffalo sauce with honey before, but it sounds like an amazing combination.
