Where do you get the Chinese five-powder spice mix? I have never heard of it before now. What spices are in the mix? I love that you went the Hawaiian route for the ribs because everyone else just likes to barbecue them and leave it at that. BBQ is great, but sometimes, I want something a little different, and this idea fits the bill perfectly.
