    Do you ever use the Maple Brown Sugar Spice from McCormicks? I love the flavor of that spice mix. I think it would go well in this dish just as the one you chose. I would love to make it both ways and compare the two just to see which one is my favorite, if I can pick a favorite that is.

    I never stray from my meatloaf recipe, but this looks so good, I'll have to try it. My meatloaf recipe is more Italian based and uses only ground chuck. I like the idea of using beef and pork and I know my husband will love the baby potatoes on the side.
