When I spend a lazy Sunday afternoon prepping freezer meals for the busy week ahead, this is one of my go - to favorites! Since it doesn't require searing first, you can slice the meat and dump everything into a large freezer bag. Just take it out the night before to thaw in the fridge, and all you have to do is pour it into the crock pot while your coffee's brewing in the morning!

Well, that is an awfully long list of ingredients that I have to buy or find in my pantry, and measure out. For that reason alone, I am kind of put off by this recipe. Can I have someone else do that part for me? LOL . I would love to eat this, no doubt. But I gotta say it's more work than I am willing to do.

You had me at "dump and go," but does this dish really come together in ten minutes? That is unbelievably fast, but I can see gathering everything the night before and mixing it up in the morning. I know I need my coffee before I can think straight, so ten minutes might be stretching it with me.
