I don't have coriander. Can I leave it out, or is there something I can use in place of it for this recipe? I love the option of using beef shreds for tacos instead of the hamburger meat too like kmcartoonity. I think the shredded beef is more original than the hamburger. Hamburger gets so boring sometimes.

I think that I would rather have shredded tender pork tacos any day as opposed to the "American" ground beef version. They are much more authentic and tasty! I like to roast up some tomatillos, onions, jalapenos, and garlic on a sheet pan, throw them all into my food processor, and make my own roasted salsa verde to serve with these. YUM!
