I do not have celery salt. I have celery seed and various salts like table salt and sea salt along with steak seasoning. Is there a way I can make a celery salt, or just use the celery seed in this dish? I think it sounds really tasty. My favorite part is that it cooks on its' own.

These recipes are making me hungry. I am not a big red meat eater but certain things I can't give up. Brisket is one of them. Cooked like this, it just melts in your mouth. The texans do know how to cook meat. Visiting the state several times I never got tired of eating at places that made brisket and barbecue. This recipe captures it. The influence from Mexico shows up in the chili spice added. The recipe sounds delicious and it is on my list. I am sure company will be coming over for this. Thank you.
